Chatting Books Online Year 2, Day 83. Today's recommendation is one of our new books of puzzles.
What I love most about these puzzle books is that they are spiral bound at the tops like a Steno Pad for those of you old enough to understand such a reference! These top bound books are really easy to flip open and hold on your lap , or one handed, while you complete the puzzle with the other hand. Chatting Books Online Year 2 , Day 81 Today's book of the day is: Where the Grass is Green and the Girls Are Pretty by Lauren Weisberger.
You recognize the name Lauren Weisberger from her previous novels : " The Devil Wears Prada and "When Life Gives You Lululemons" among others. Well, this is her newest.
Ripped from the headlines in this book we meet Peyton Marcus. Peyton is America's favorite morning news anchor living the life of her dreams after much hard work getting there. That is until a new round of college admission scandals breaks during her broadcast one morning and soon afterward her entire world starts crumbling. A good light read , heavy on relationships and funny character descriptions ( you know you recognize those women who won't even allow themselves a kiddie sized ice cream cone and spend their entire life focused on being in the right place, at the right time while wearing the right clothes).
